Housing for UVM Junior, Senior, and Transfer Students
University Commons Apartments were developed in partnership with the University of Vermont and are ideally located in the heart of South Burlington’s City Center—just about a mile from the UVM campus. Designed with convenience and community in mind, University Commons offers leases exclusively for eligible UVM juniors, seniors, and transfer students, as determined by the University.
Leasing options include private studio and one bedroom units, as well as two and three bedroom apartments leased by the bedroom, each with individual lease liability. Roommate matching services are available for shared units.
